Dear colleague,
Please complete this form if you are interested in becoming a Mentor for NALHE’s inaugural cohort of Ascender: Pathway to the C-Suite for Middle-Level Careerists.. The mentorship will span over 6 months.
Expectations entail active participation from both Mentor and Mentee. The Mentee is encouraged to bring forth ideas and topics for discussion, while the Mentor is expected to provide guidance and follow-up. However, the program is primarily designed to be driven by the Mentee, supplemented by Mentor input.
