Dedicated Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of direct experience in both corporate and non-corporate environments.  Experienced in attracting and retaining diverse talent, managing and supporting inclusion resource groups, and worked on several ID&E initiatives to help organizations become more inclusive and diverse.

Graduated from Alverno College with a degree in Business & Management and minors in Computer Studies and Spanish. Obtained my Master’s Degree at DeVry University with a focus on HR Management.

Serve as a Board Member for NALHE’s Wisconsin Chapter and also sit on YMCA’s Social Corporate Responsibility Committee.  I was also a board member for the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee and a member of Tempo Milwaukee D&I Committee.
