She also attended University of Houston for her undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Fluent and Spanish and Italian. Attended Duke University for the Certification in Healthcare Leadership and Thunderbird School of Global Management for the Certification in Innovation in Healthcare Management. She also serves as a Board Member for NALHE (National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives)

She has more than fifteen years’ experience in Healthcare Leadership. Such as: Growth and Execution of New Business Development Strategies, Practice Management and Hospital Operations, Practice Merges and Acquisitions, and Marketing & Communications for several national Healthcare facilities. Lila has served as a Market Director of Business Development and Marketing for St. Luke’s Health for 3 years, Executive Director of Business Development for Steward Health care and, Vice President of Operations for 100 plus medical practices and currently Vice President of Business and Workforce Development
