With a presence in the South Florida healthcare landscape since 2006, Jacqui brings a wealth of experience to the industry. She currently serves as the Benefits Director at Memorial Healthcare System.  Her journey began as a Benefits Manager at Mount Sinai Medical Center and later as a Senior Manager overseeing Benefits, Wellness, and Leave at Nicklaus Healthcare System.

Before joining that esteemed team, she had dedicated thirteen years to Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, refining her skills within the benefits department. She managed day-to-day benefits operations in that role while contributing as a trusted Human Resources Business Partner.

Accumulating over two decades, her professional background spans Human Resources, Finance, and Benefits, encompassing areas such as Employment Law, Employee Relations, Benefits and Payroll Administration, ERISA Plans, Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Plans, Executive Benefits Plans, as well as Compliance Laws and Regulations.

Her educational foundation includes a bachelor’s in professional management from Nova Southeastern University and a Human Resources certification from Barry University. Beyond the professional sphere, she actively participates in the community, holding memberships in Big Brother Big Sister of Miami and the Town of Miami Lakes Educational Advisory Board.

Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys boating and jet skiing, relishing moments spent with my family against the scenic backdrop of the Florida Keys.
