Victor Garcia, MHA, is the Program Coordinator for Apheresis Services at Seattle Children’s Hospital. He became a member of NALHE in 2023 and is currently the administrator for the Pacific Northwest Chapter. Victor is a Mexican immigrant and a former U.S. Army veteran. While working on his undergraduate education, he worked as an academic administrator and managed two departments in the humanities.

Victor’s foray into healthcare management has allowed him to move across various settings, from working with pediatric oncologists to learning about programmatic building and accreditation attainment for cellular product collections for Seattle Children’s Hospital. He prioritizes operational excellence with a foundation in quality assurance principles. He has done so to collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory compliance, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contracting, and IT project management teams. Victor specializes in billing and auditing, workflow optimization, and innovation to solve complex challenges.

Victor holds an MHA degree from the University of Washington and a BA in international studies from the University of Utah, and he is committed to advancing leadership excellence in all Latina/e/o/x professionals and is a member of ACHE.
