Silvia Bowker has worked in healthcare for over 25 years and is currently the Director of Providence Hospice in Spokane, Washington. She is a servant leader and registered nurse whose core values are continually shaped through a respect of patients’ healthcare needs in various stages of life. Silvia believes in the value of inclusivity and equality in the workplace is a necessity in providing the best care for patients and their communities. She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses where she is President of the Washington State Chapter; American College of Healthcare Executives: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee member for Washington State; American Organization for Nursing Leadership member and Certified Medical Practice Executive from the Medical Group Management Association Silvia received her Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA., a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington State University, Pullman, WA., and Associate Degree in Nursing from Walla Walla Community College, Clarkston, WA.
