Naydu Lucas, DNP, MBA, MSN, RN is the Chief Nursing Officer at Providence Mount Carmel Hospital and Providence St. Joseph’s Hospital, two critical access hospitals in Northeast Washington. Naydu is a dynamic, award-winning healthcare executive with 12+ years of progressive experience directing hospital systems to establish long-term, sustainable policies that improve the patient experience, quality of care, increase capacity, and promote revenue growth. Passionate about promoting and improving healthcare in rural communities.

She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, American College of Healthcare Executives, National Association for Healthcare Quality, National Rural Health Association, and STTI the Honor Society of Nursing. Her focus on community has led her to volunteer leadership roles such as Member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee at Washington State Healthcare Executives Forum, Board of Directors at South Central Texas Organization of Nurse Executives from 2016 -2018, and South Texas Healthcare Executives from 2015- 2018.

Naydu received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and her Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Nursing Practice at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
