Stephanie was born Detroit, MI. She currently works at Henry Ford Health as an Administrative Fellow. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan. Most recently, she obtained her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago. 

Stephanie’s background is in research, data, and quality. She began her career conducting research on influenza vaccine effectiveness at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, where she managed the recruitment of participants and captured clinical data to help evaluate regional influenza activity in hospital and ambulatory clinics. She then worked as a Healthcare Specialist at Planned Parenthood in Detroit where she played a vital role in educating patients on community resources, non-profit organizations, sexual, and reproductive health. Stephanie later returned to the field of research, working as a Research Coordinator for the Prenatal Stress Study at Michigan Medicine where she developed COVID-19 research protocols and implemented contactless data collection to help facilitate virtual research interviewing. During her graduate program, she interned at UI Health within their Quality and Performance Improvement Department, where she completed project work centered around CLABSI, hand hygiene, and diabetes outcomes. 

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys doing yoga, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
