Mrs. Ivette Daley hails from Canovanas, Puerto Rico. She is a Major in the United States Army and has served her country proudly for over 19 years. She is a Medical Service Corps Officer and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the Evans Army Community Hospital. She formerly served as the Chief of Health Services Plans, Operations, Intelligence & Training for the 4th Infantry Division serving over 19,000 soldiers. She has served in numerous leadership positions and has extensive operational experience and knowledge in healthcare systems.

Mrs. Daley has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Hospital Operations, and Chief Executive Officer for two ambulatory clinics. Mrs. Daley earned her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition Studies through Wayland Baptist University, her Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and is currently a doctoral candidate (DrPH) at Walden University.

Mrs. Daley is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE) and Treasurer for the NALHE Denver Metro Chapter and also a member of the American Public Health Association.
