Myra Aldana-Gregorian is currently the Senior Vice President – Chief People Officer at Seattle Children’s. In this role, Myra supports and leads cultural transformation to empower team members and their ideas; while creating a leadership culture that coaches and supports those closest to the customers and team members we serve.

Over the past four-years,she has focused on people strategies including culture alignment, leadership development, anti-racism, equity, diversity & inclusion, workforce planning, patient & family experience, and executive team development. Myra is leading this body of transformative work with a proven record of accomplishment in orchestrating large-scale organizational changes. Her leadership to ensure support for those most affected through robust change management has been key to Seattle Children’s journey towards being an even higher performing, values-based organization.

Prior to joining Seattle Children’s, Myra led human capital at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles as their Chief Human Resources Officer and before that she was Vice President of Human Resources at Long Beach Memorial/Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach. Myra holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Regent’s College, and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University. She is SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional) certified and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

Myra lives in beautiful Seattle with her husband and two young children, Evan and Elin, ages nine and 11. Since becoming a mom of two, much of her time off is devoted to kid-friendly activities. Exploring the PNW with their recently acquired puppy, Esmeralda has also become a fun family pursuit!
