Josue Arvayza is a dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare leader based in Los Angeles, California. With a strong background in both project and operations management, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to build and empower productive teams, fostering the development of future healthcare leaders.

Currently, Josue serves as a Senior Project Manager in the Department of Surgery at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), where he has held various roles since 2014. His responsibilities include managing the Powerhouse Programs, an initiative aimed at increasing complex care at CHLA through multispecialty programs. He also oversees projects in academic affairs, research, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing valuable insights through data analysis and performance management.

Academically, Josue holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from California State University, Los Angeles, where he led his team to first place in the 2019 ACHE case competition. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Health & Humanity, with a minor in Health Policy & Management, from the University of Southern California (USC), where he was a Dean’s List honoree.
