Marianne Rojas Fletcher earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Talent Management from UNC Charlotte in 2016. As an undergraduate student, she worked as a Housing Ambassador and for the Chancellor, in the Office of Events and Special Projects. She pursued a Master of Health Administration to learn how to improve the quality of care and operations of hospitals; She earned her degree in 2020.

With over five years of work experience in human resources, project management, and business operations, she is a passionate and driven People & Culture Sr. Specialist at Novant Health.

In her current role, as Senior Specialist, People & Culture at Novant Health, she serves as prosect manager for various projects within the system; She provides recommendations

and solutions. She also manages Business Resource Groups and handles Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consults for Novant Health. She leverages her skills in leadership,  and recruiting to deliver high-quality results and to foster collaboration and engagement among the team members. Her mission is to create a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members and to support the strategic goals and vision of the organization. She brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as she is fluent in Spanish and English, and has worked in various settings, such as health care, education, and staffing.
