Jose Robles is the Senior Regional Vice President of Health Management Associates (HMA) for the organization’s Central Region. He is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of services to HMA clients and the development of all colleagues in his region.

Michelle Linares is the Director of National Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity at Kaiser Permanente with nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She leads and manages national level strategic projects and consultations to improve workplace fairness, empowerment, and belonging to deliver value-based care.
Dennis Gonzales
Dennis Gonzales, Ph.D., born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is senior director of mission innovation and integration at The Catholic Health Association of the United States (CHA). Based in CHA’s St. Louis office, Dr. Gonzales oversees the design and production of numerous CHA programs, meetings, and member convenings in addition to the development of formation andmission resources for use across the Catholic health ministry.

Steven Foster is currently the South Houston Market President for St. Luke’s Health. In this role, Steven manages three hospitals with the Texas Region within CommonSpirit Health which is the largest not-for-profit faith based hospital system in the US with over 140 hospitals nationwide.
