Sally is now the SVP Operations at Ascension. She is the former Market CEO of The Hospitals of Providence (THOP), in which she helped the hospital system capture market opportunities for improved operational effectiveness and efficiency and ultimately further enhanced value for patients.  Sally also led the development efforts for the Transmountain Campus that is a collaboration with Texas Tech University of Health Sciences (TTUHSC) El Paso. Prior to her role at THOP, Sally was the Chief Nursing Officer at Columbia Medical Center West, the CNO at Del Sol Medical Center, then later COO and Ethics Compliance Officer at the same facility.  In 2005, she was named CEO at Oklahoma University Medical Center Edmond.  She returned to El Paso in 2007 to accept the CEO position at Sierra Providence East Medical Center (now The Hospitals of Providence East Campus).    She led the building of El Paso’s newest acute care hospital which opened May 21, 2008.  In 2012 and 2013, Tenet Healthcare recognized the East Campus as one of the company’s Circle of Excellence Award winning hospitals.
