Danielle Robey is the Sr. Vice President of Workforce Strategies at Aya Healthcare, a workforce management and clinical staffing provider to the nation’s leading healthcare systems. Danielle leads the business development efforts for Aya’s national offering, supporting healthcare leaders seeking to optimize their workforce, engage diversity and inclusion in their recruitment strategy, and to drive quality, integration, and efficiencies in contingent labor hiring practices. Danielle brings over 20 years of industry expertise to the Aya organization supporting the innovation and expansion of the company’s leading service offerings. Danielle is a graduate from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelors degree in Consumer Science with a certification in HR management. Danielle resides in Southern California and travels nationally to support her partnering healthcare systems.
